Superb

Staff were really helpful and pleasant when we first arrived. When we discovered there wasn't a TV remote in the room, I rang service desk and within in minutes a TV remote was delivered to the door. All our questions were answered with a smile and when I pointed out the overcharge on Parking it was rectified immediately. The location of Hotel was perfect for Public Transport to Concert at Rod Lavera Arena and walking distance to shops.
